HOUSE RULES
We want you to be comfortable while staying at our home. There are a few rules that we have for your safety, courtesy to our neighbors, and consideration of future guests:
- No pets: We love our furry friends but unfortunately are unable to accommodate pets due to allergies of other guests.
- No smoking on property (not outdoors, no e-cigs, no marijuana, etc).
- No parties. Max number of guests is 12
- No outdoor fires / fireworks
- Quiet time: between 10:00pm and 8:00am
- Parking: there are two spots in front of the home.
- Gate fees: our house is located inside the gates of Pine Mountain Lake. This allows private access to the lake and amenities, as well as safety for guests and homeowners. There is a $42 fee per car that is good for your entire stay and is paid at the front gate upon entry.
- Do not set thermostat cool below 70 degrees. Setting the temperature too cold or over running the air conditioner will break the unit (and will be the responsibility of the guest).
- Do not set thermostat heat above 75 degrees. The house will warm quickly so anything above 75 is not necessary.
- Keep clean: we want the house to be clean for you and all our guests. We kindly ask that you wipe shoes and limit the eating of all food to the main floor (kitchen, family room, and balcony).
Note if rules are broken or any items are damaged, additional costs will be required.

- The property has cameras located at the front and rear of the property.
- Smoking Fee: $1,000
- Parties: $2,000
- Pets: $1,000 per pet
- Damage: Depends on cost of items
CHECK IN
Check in time starts at 4:00pm. Please let us know what time you plan on arriving.
We will need the names of each driver in advance.
The code to the front door will be the last 4 numbers of the guest's phone number.
You will enter the main gate of Pine Mountain Lake to access the property. There is a $42 fee per vehicle that is good for your entire stay. You will need to show them your ID (with name matching your reservation) in order to get a car pass. Once you access the main gate the directions are as follows. You can also use your navigation to get to 12048 Alcan Court.
-Continue onto Pine Mountain Drive
-Turn right onto Butler Way
-Turn right to stay on Butler Way
-You will see Hillhurst Circle, pass the first Hillhurst Circle and take a right on the second Hillhurst Circle.
-Turn right onto Alcan Court
TIPS DURING STAY
While you are at our home, here are some tips to assist in your stay:
- Be sure to push/pull front door all the way so the automatic door is locked
- The thermostat for heating and air conditioning is located on the main floor. This will control the main level and lower level temperatures. The loft has its own control
- First Aid Kit is located in the drawer of the main floor bathroom
- A blow dryer is in the drawer of the main floor bathroom
- Iron and ironing board are in the closet of the main floor bedroom
- Extra garbage bags are located under the kitchen sink
- Barbecuing tools are located in the kitchen
- Games are located on the lower floor
- Internet password will be noted upon arrival. Please reach out if you need it.

CHECK OUT
We hope you enjoyed your trip and consider the Alcan A-frame on your next trip to Groveland or Yosemite. Below are some tidying up items as you check out:
- Check out time is 11:00am
- Dishes: Please wash all dishes and place on the drying rack.
- Leave used beds unmade
- Please put all used towels in the bathtub.
- Place all garbage in the kitchen trash bin. If there is excessive garbage, please place in a bag, tie, and put in the outdoor bins.
- Turn BBQ propane all the way to the right. Scrape BBQ grill. Put cover on BBQ.
- Set thermostat on main floor to "off"
- Turn off air conditioner upstairs
- Turn off all lights
- Close all windows.
- Pull door and press lock button
- Double check door locked
